IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Vendors Compliance and Sustainability Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing department in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

- Support Vendor management activities with a specific focus on supplier onboarding, qualification and ESG requirements
- Manage all the Sustainability projects of the office
- Support the product development of the products purchased by the office
- Regular internal communications to better understand the requirement and needs of stakeholder
- Support external communications with suppliers regarding commercial offers, contracts, payments terms, and data collection

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above in Sustainability
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word
- Proficient in English
- Project Management skills
- Good interpersonal skills- proactive and curious
