TITLE: PS Technical Consultant

LOCATION: Milan, Italy
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team, with the goal of supporting software verification and validation activities, ensuring high quality standards.
The selected candidate will be involved in test design and execution, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to ensure applications function correctly and meet project specifications. The role includes participation in complex projects and managing tests that may involve multiple systems and environments.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Analyze functional and technical requirements
- Design and implement tests (integration, stress, performance, regression/non-regression)
- Define and manage test documentation (test plans, test lists, test cases)
- Set up and manage test environments
- Execute tests and analyze results
- Monitor and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with technical teams and end customers
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with testing methodologies
- Experience in designing and executing tests on complex systems
- Expertise in using Test Automation tools
- Knowledge of Quality Management tools (e.G., Quality Center)
- Experience with Bug Tracking tools (e.G., Jira, Mantis)
- Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server and/or MySQL) and SQL
- Familiarity with XML/XLS formats
- Intermediate system knowledge (Windows and Linux, scripting)
- Knowledge of the Retail domain is a plus

- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities

- Ability to quickly understand new contexts
- Ability to work independently and manage own tasks
- Ability to interact with end customers (including on-site activities if required)
- Availability to work extra hours when needed
Salary Information:
Minimum Annual Base Salary: 30.000,00€ gros
Collective Agreement: CCNL Terziario Distribuzione Servizi (cod. H011)
