Digital marketing plays a key role in driving lead generation and business growth, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager Hospitality Solutions toimplement Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company in the Hotellerie and big chain horeca channels.
Responsibility:
- Generate sales in the Hotellerie and big chain horeca channel in order to achieve the annual sales targets. ATTRA
- Search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the channel develop new clients
- Conduct market visits to check coverage and competitor activity
- Meet the stakeholders to propose activities and business solutions, negotiate and close agreements, developing the commercial activity aligned to assigned volume, net sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain existing relationships with clients, keeping the contact with them, defining, investments and catching opportunities.
- Study and analyse pricing strategy, define and monitor outcomes (volumes, net sales and margin) regularly.
- Define and develop marketing activities at Clients, cooperating with Marketing.
- Oversee sales point, verifying the implementation of agreed activities and investments, building up positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Look for creative solutions to get profitable business.
- Has a deep understanding of how to develop business into Hotellerie and large chains horeca channels
- Owns a wide network of contacts of C-level, manager and operational level executives of Hotellerie (must) and large chains horeca (optional)
Skills:
- have previous sales experience, must have Hotel Channel experience, nice to have Large chains horeca
- High school licence
- Proactively aligns him/herself and team towards the agreed priorities
- Takes into account details and big picture when solving problems
- Demonstrates commitment and personal ownership, and sticks to decisions taken;
- Takes and executes decisions with quality and speed
- Analytical skills
- Relationship skills: negotiation, leadership and customer management;
- Target oriented
- MS Office applications - Strong / Excellent knowledge
- PowerPoint Strong / Excellent knowledge
- Powerbi - Excellent knowledge
- Italian - Fluent (spoken and written)
- English - Fluent (spoken and written)
