PstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pp1. strongOn-site Equipment Inspection Maintenance /strong: Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) according to OM plans; br / promptly identify and resolve equipment anomalies to ensure safe and stable system operation. /ppbr / /pp2. strongFault Diagnosis Emergency Response: /strong Receive and respond to equipment fault alarms; br / rapidly perform on-sitefault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery; br / coordinate with relevant technical teams on complex faults to minimize downtime and improve system availability. /ppbr / /pp3. strongEquipment Commissioning Support: /strong Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects. /ppbr / /pp4. strongOM Data Management Reporting: /strongCollect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records,
and inspection reports; br / analyze equipment operating status and health conditions; br / propose optimization recommendations; br / and regularly produce OM analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement. /ppbr / /pp5. strongOn-site Safety Management Customer Communication: /strong Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; br / implement on-site risk control and work permit systems; br / maintain communication and coordination with customers, owners, and relevant partners; br / provide timely feedbackon equipment operation; br / and enhance customer satisfaction. /ppbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr / /pp- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above /pp- Skills: Experience in OM and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred /pp- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred /pp- Languages: Fluent in English, good at Italian is a plus /pp- Others: /pp1.
