Group Accounting Policies & IFRS Reporting Experienced SpecialistIn this role you will help define and maintain Group accounting policies aligned with IFRS, support IFRS reporting for the Group, and drive continuous improvement in a truly international setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to interpret new standards and implement policy changes. The position combines technical accounting expertise with analytical thinking and stakeholder collaboration to shape the Group's financial reporting framework. position papers and implementation guidelinesSupport IFRS 17 reporting processes and related policiesAssist in preparing and reviewing the Group's consolidated IFRS financial statementsAnalyze reporting information to ensure consistency and compliance with Group standardsEnhance reporting processes, controls, data quality and automationParticipate in cross-functional, international projects with Group Functions and Local BUCollaborate with external auditors and regulators during auditsDeliver training on accounting topics within the GroupTravel periodic to Generali Group BUs for projects and governance5-7 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or technical accountingMaster's degree in relevant fields; additional professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA) are a plusExperience in multinational groups, financial institutions, insurers, or listed entities valuedPrevious Big Four experience is a strong plusFluent English; Italian is a plusDeep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principlesStrong understanding of consolidated financial statements and reporting processesKnowledge of IFRS 17 is a significant plusExperience with accounting policy analysis and interpretation of complex transactionsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting/consolidation systems (Tagetik, SAP or similar)In this role you will help define and maintain Group accounting policies aligned with IFRS, support IFRS reporting for the Group, and drive ... #J-18808-Ljbffr
