Sales Assistant – Menswear /strong /ppstrong

Key Responsibilities: /strong /pulli

Deliver a highly personalised client experience, providing expert styling advice tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences. /lili

Develop strong product expertise across the brand’s Ready-to-Wear collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and Maison heritage. /lili

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, CRM activities, and exceptional after-sales follow-up. /lili

Support Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique environment consistently reflects the brand’s identity and luxury standards. /lili

Contribute to daily boutique operations, including stock management, deliveries, inventory control, and product organisation. /lili

Maintain an impeccable sales floor and stockroom environment, ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence and customer service. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Key Requirements: /strong /pulli

Previous experience in luxury or premium Ready-to-Wear retail, with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and client expectations. /lili

Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an outstanding luxury client experience. /lili

Strong clienteling capabilities, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients. /lili





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset. /lili

Detail-oriented, polished, and professional, with a strong sense of style, product sensitivity, and commercial awareness. /lili

Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
