Senior RD Engineer /strong to join our strong

Capsules Business Unit /strong, playing a key role in delivering new product solutions from concept to industrial validation. /ppbr/pp

The role is based in Bodio Lomnago (VA). /ppbr/ppstrong

Your Mission /strong /pp

Drive product innovation and ensure disciplined, execution-focused RD activities - delivering robust, scalable solutions across our global industrial footprint. /ppbr/ppstrong

What You’ll Do /strong /pulli

Lead innovation and customer-driven development projects from concept to industrial validation /lili

Apply structured Innovation Product Development processes (stage-gate approach) /lili

Ensure clear documentation, milestone tracking, and project progression /lili

Evaluate industrial feasibility (materials, processes, product solutions) /lili

Coordinate validation plans (mechanical, environmental, durability testing) /lili





Identify technical risks and contribute to mitigation strategies /lili

Support root cause analysis when needed /lili

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Operations teams /lili

Ensure alignment across multiple international sites /lili

Provide structured reporting to Group RD /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Who You Are /strong /pulli

Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering /lili5–9 years of experience in a manufacturing environment /lili

Proven experience in product innovation and development projects /lili

Strong project management skills (planning, coordination, execution) /lili

Experience with multi-component industrial products /lili

Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments /lili

Fluent in English and Italian, other languages would be an asset /li /ulpbr/pp

Salary package: CCNL Gomma Plastica, €40.000 -€50.000 /ppbr/ppem
