Satispay is seeking a Group CFO to shape the international financial roadmap from our Milan headquarters. You will oversee the Group’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and consolidated activities, including regulated Luxembourg banking operations.

You will lead FP&A;, financial reporting, and governance while partnering with the CEO and Board to drive capital markets initiatives, IPO readiness, and value creation across geographies. A strong track record in strategic finance is essential.
