We are looking for a **Senior Financial Analyst** to join our Finance team in Italy.

As a trusted finance business partner, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support, ensuring high-quality financial information is available to support business objectives.

Based on the responsibilities and requirements outlined in

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables.
+ Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
+ Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability.
+ Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
+ Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
+ Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
+ Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams.
+ Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools.
**G/L account and balance reconciliation, continuous partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast specifically AR and Liabilities**

**What You'll Bring**

**Education**

+ Master's Degree in Finance,



Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience & Skills**

+ Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), controlling, or business finance.
+ Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets.
+ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms.
+ Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
+ High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.
+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
