**Contract type**: Permanent Workplace: Forlì FC, Italia For our client, a leader in the construction of **cogeneration and energy production plants** from traditional and renewable sources, we are looking for a **PM OPERATION & MAINTENANCE**, who will be responsible for:
**PROJECT Management Activities**: - Guarantees that all the objectives (budget, quality, safety, planning and scheduling) are achieved
- Coordinating Operation Team of the incinerator plant during operation & maintenance **OPERATION** (conducting plants)** &** MAINTENANCE** **activities**: - Responsible for operation&maintenance; and all the activities after the delivery of the construction department, supporting the engineering and the project management as well as taking care of relations with customers and suppliers
- Ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations
- Operation in terms of: Boiler, BOP, Turbine, FGT(Bag house filter, Lime/AC injection and related loop controls, Residue and recirculation, ID FAN, SEEMS, and utilities (Compressors, Raw and Waste water, Demi production)
- Risk assessment, suppliers qualifications, correct RAMS (Risk assessment method of statement
- site activities during commissioning operation&maintenance;)




- Organization of PTW and RAMS from suppliers and sub-contractors and related supervision during commissioning activities
- Trouble shooting of defect and related snag list
- Suggestions of modification and related implementation to improve plant efficiency and performance
- Coordinating the responsible personnel (operation & maintenance) of the assigned Plant = 15 pax
- Defines the amount of necessary resources to perform the precommissioning and commissioning activities
- Hot commissioning
- Loop checks & related test sheet during cold commissioning
- Trial run operation and supervision
- Performance test supervision
- Assessment of team members **TECHN**I**CAL **COMPETENCES**: - Energetic engineering Master’s Degree (or mechanical, civil, technical degree)
- Previous experience as commissioning engineer/manager FGT (flue gas treatment) & Boiler (min 6 years)
- Power plants (coal, gas, waste), gas treatment, Combustion Systems, FGT, Water treatment (demi water)
- Risk management trained **Location**: Forlì (FC). It is required a transfer to the plant located in the UK one week per month. LI-Onsite
