**SHOES AND SNEAKERS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SCANDICCI** **About**: - French Luxury Couture brand
- Attention to details, quality design and real craftsmanship
- Value of excellence, heritage and traditions **Responsibilities**: - You will follow the entire development process of shoes and sneakers categories, from the first input to the industrialization part
- Being able to work closely with the Design Studio and Merchandising office, as well as different external manufacturers, to produce requested samples for the showroom
- Making sure you are able to follow up all phases of the production process, being aware that maintaining the time is crucial
- You will be managing a team of 3 people **Requirements**: - 6+ years' experience of sneakers and shoes development process, as a manager
- Multi-tasking, strong organisational skills, strict and precise,



empathic and able to maintain a strong and healthy relationships with coworkers and external manufacturers
- Needs to be adaptable as well as a strong decision maker, problem solving attitude
- Fluent in English, French can be a good plus **Offering**: - Salary up to €70K, depending on experience
