POSTE The profile, within the Controlling team of the production site, will be involved in the all of activities of the management control: from the validation of the construction of the cost of the product to the subsequent analysis of the real variances towards the target standard. He/She will support the creation of budgets, subsequent forecasts and end-of-month reporting, and the creation and preparation of the main operational indicators and their sharing with those responsible for the operational activities of the reference industrial production unit. JOB RESPONSABILITIES
- Calculation, analysis and monitoring of economic and industrial KPIs to support the site management;
- Monitoring and control of opex and capex;
- Preparation of monthly and annual reports;
- Analysis of profitability at different levels of economic performance;
- Calculation of standard product costs and control of actual costs variance;
- Forecasting and planning to support management;
- Reconciliation of Statutory registration and management in collaboration with the Accounting team. PROFIL EXPERIENCE & PRINCIPAL SKILLS
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance
- Experience of 2-5 years in the similar role in multinational production contexts
- Excellent knowledge of English, French will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Power Point), Power BI and ERP advanced will be preferred
- Planning, organizational and analysis skills
- Attitude in providing timely and meaningful reports, working by deadlines and objectives
- Ability to work in team
- Good communication skills
