We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
We are looking for **HR Business Partner Coordinator.** The identified resource will be responsible for: - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees;
- Monitoring onboarding of new employees;




- Updating internal databases;
- Having care of cases of litigations, exit incentive activities;
- Implement the people-related development plans, working back to back with line managers to monitor and grow employees’ engagement;
- Develop a good knowledge of individuals strengths/development areas versus business/role requirements;
- Monitor capacity ramp-up / down plans until completion;
- Support Head of function in dealing with external organizations: public entities, unions, employees association;
- Provide timely and accurate data related to Hr processes;
- Assist Head of function in managing to processes related to promotion, organizational changes, salary review.
- First point of contact between the different sub-functions of HR. **Requirements**: - Master degree level or equivalent;
- Solid generalist HR support and admin - minimum 5 years’ experience in complex and international contest;
- Knowledge of Italian Labor Law;
- Familiar with HR Information Systems and Office package/ Excel is a must;
- Good communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Italian.
- Good level of autonomy and proactivity
- Strong results orientation
