Together, let's rewrite the playbook and set new standards for excellence. **Who are we looking for** At ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional Dr to lead our innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team. Your mission will be to execute our product strategy, collaborate on a customer-centric roadmap, and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving industry. **What you will do**: - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle,



from high-level ideation through the effective execution to validation in the market
- Good knowledge of UX and prototyping principles
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, including prototyping when needed
- Use data, A/B testing, qualitative research, and modeling to optimize important metrics and craft the team’s roadmap
- Collaborate in the definition and ongoing track product metrics in KPIs **What you will bring to the table**
- Strong background in statistics to analyze and interpret data
- Understanding foundational algorithms and AI principles
- Proficiency in Python is a plus
- Ability to present data insights using visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex problems
