We are looking for a driven accounting and controlling intern with a basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles who is ready for a challenging experience in our Finance team. This internship presents an unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial accounting in a complex manufacturing company. In this role, you will be working in our Italian HQ in Origgio (VA) and you will:
- assist in the day-to-day accounting and controlling activities of the Finance team
- cooperate on the month-end activities (i.e. forecasting, budget and variation analysis)
- support the Finance team in the preparation of financial statements and reports In this role you will be working shoulder to shoulder with our Finance leaders that will guide and support you in this experience in a welcoming professional environment. **Qualifications**
- Recently graduated in or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Basic understanding of A&C; principles
- Strong Excel knowledge
- C1 or above Italian knowledge
- B2 or above English knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative attitude **Additional Information**
Our new teammate will be based in our Italian HQ in Origgio (VA). While in our company is possible to work remotely, for some activities and projects you will have to visit our Origgio HQ: you should consider this a hybrid role. In the area where Origgio HQ is there is no public transport available: we have a corporate shuttle travelling between Milan subway station "Bisceglie" (Red Line), Saronno train station (Trenord) and arriving at our HQ.
