**INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER**: - DHL Express Italy, _the world's leading express and logistics company, part of the DHL Group, for the third consecutive year awarded Europe's No. 1 Great Place to Work, is looking for a resource to join the **Human Resources Department** as** Industrial Relations Manager**. **MAIN ACTIVITIES**: - Participate actively and independently in discussions at local and national level with trade unions on labour, contractual or organisational issues
- Participate in the resolution of labour law issues
- Support the investigation of labour disputes
- Managing relations with trade union organisations and ensuring the renewal of supplementary company contracts
- Verifying compliance with legal regulations on the various aspects of subordinate and para-subordinate labour relations
- Collaborate with external suppliers for the resolution of any problems related to labour relations and industrial relations (labour consultants, law firms, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS**:



- Academic background in law (preferred) or economics
- Previous experience of at least 6 years in Industrial Relations
- Solid experience in autonomous management of trade union tables
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (at least 25% of the time), self-driven
- Good knowledge of the office package
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (intermediate) **Soft skills**: - Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
