Oliver Wyman in Milan seeks a Senior Manager to lead high-impact engagements with C-suite clients, shaping strategy, transformation and energy transition initiatives while growing the ENR business in Italy. You will coach teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership and cross-geography capabilities.

6–8 years of ENR experience, Master’s degree or MBA, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel within Italy and internationally are required.
