Avio Aero in Italy is seeking a highly organized professional to manage daily interactions with Customers, escalate misaligned dates, and coordinate with internal teams to minimize business impact. You will provide periodic reports and, where possible, secure commitments to support recovery plans for customers.

Additionally, you will meet customers in person, collaborate across functions to set priorities, and operate systems to release shipment documents, aided by your SAP/Office proficiency
