It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_ **Scopo e Attività**: - Responsible for structuring and executing broader ECM transactions on behalf of Intesa Sanpaolo’s clients (among which IPOs, ABBs, Rights Issues and Block Trades)
- Responsible to work with and support the Origination Equity team in originating ECM transactions and junior resources within the broader ECM team as Staffer
- Liaise with teams in ECM syndicate, sales, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to Intesa Sanpaolo’s corporate clients
- Manage the day-by-day execution process,
liaising both internally with other teams within Intesa Sanpaolo as well as with clients and other advisors externally such as legals, advisors, auditors and authorities
- Interacting with the investment banking team, industry sector banking teams, and other capital markets teams in other regions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the wider ECM, structuring, financing and lending businesses, as well as other stakeholders across Investment Banking and Commercial Banking **Esperienza Richiesta**:
Qualifying experience must include at least 6 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets **Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze**: - Preparing pitch materials as well as market and economic updates as part of the ECM origination across all industry sectors and geographies
- Creating and interpreting ECM financial models
- Experience in ECM transactions with senior and active roles
- Experience in dealing on daily basis with clients both during live deals and origination phase
- Experience in managing junior staff and look after multiple project simultaneously
- Experience in working with ECM syndicate, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to corporate clients
- Working as part of a multiple deal team for equity capital markets transactions with increasing levels of leadership roles
