To increase our **_R&D; team_** we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **_freelance Project Manager_** who will play an important role in the organization of projects, from conception to implementation, collaborating with the company's various stakeholders The **_responsibilities _**will be: - Discuss requirements and deadlines with customers
- Participate in and oversee each stage of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Ensure that each project remains on schedule and meets designated deadlines
- Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and change requests to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Coordinate and effectively manage the efforts of the development team, promoting collaboration and productivity
- Identify, address,
and proactively resolve issues and risks that may arise during the project, mitigating potential impacts on project success **Requirements**:
The **_essential skills_** are: - +2 years' experience in project management and agile methodology
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in English
- Accuracy and adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Excellent skills in preparing and discussing presentations The **_n_**_ice to have skills_** are: - Experience in software development

**Compensation and type of contract** The work can be carried out independently remotely or at our office in Milan. Occasionally, availability to travel to Milan or Rome may be required when requested. The company package includes a company PC for a better performance of the required activities, a "100% lavoro da remoto policy", in fact you will be the one to choose when to work at our offices in Milan, compatibly with organizational needs and when to work from home. The selection process involves three steps:
