outlining the company's financial direction and expectations and predicting financial outcomes. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and growth opportunities. Main activities and responsibilities:The** Planning & Control Specialist **will support the Planning & ControlManager in the following activities: - Month-end and year-end closing analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cost controlling
- Preparing reports and presentations Skills and Experiences: - Graduate in Economics or related fields
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role (a previous experience in multinational companies, consulting and/or retail companies will be considered a plus)
- Tools: deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Other tools: Oracle Fusion, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Workforce Planning, Smart View (a mínimal technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be considered a plus)
- Strong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks
- Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team
- Availability for career development abroad within the Group
- Fluent in English & in Italian
