- Ensuring, within the company's possibilities, maximum guests satisfaction during the stay
- Achieving set goals by collaborating, motivating and empowering the team
- Assisting guests who report problems and any inconveniences
- Responding to any guest complaints in collaboration with management
- Cost control activities of the different areas of their department
- Assist with housekeeping, front office and maintenance activities
- Validate uploaded invoices and check monthly and annual inventories of own departments
- Organize, manage and participate in regular department meetings
- Meet and greet guests and VIPs, as well as regular guests, recognizing and anticipating their individual needs
- Identify any development opportunities to improve customer service
- Oversee all safety and hygiene standards so that they are met at all times **Your Profile**

- Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Passionate about the Hotel Industry
- Proven work experience as a Room Division Manager in a 4* hotel environment
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in Italian and English (oral and written), German would be a plus
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities, stress resistant
- Good knowledge of the main IT systems and booking systems (OTA)
- Problem-solving skills
