**Documentation Preparation and Elaboration**: - Independently prepare and elaborate on documentation for public bids, tenders, requests, and offers.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate products and pricing. **Process Improvement**: - Identify opportunities to enhance the documentation process.
- Propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows. **Effective Communication**: - Engage with Sales teams to clarify aspects of offers.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to keep them informed of awarded bids and price modifications. **Tender Management**:

- Verify tender correctness and timeliness under the guidance of the Tender Office Manager.
- Transmit relevant documentation for price changes and tender updates. **Customer Support**: - Assist Sales personnel with competency-related queries.
- Draft and send customer letters related to product substitutions and price analysis. **Archival Management**: - Maintain organized archives of relevant documents. **Adherence to Policies**: - Act in compliance with company policies and procedures. **Education and Experience**: - High school diploma or university degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar activities.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Strong PC skills.
