**Position purpose**
The Business Controller is responsible for measuring business and financial performances in an independent and time effective way and set financial knowledge at the managers disposal in order to support them when making business decisions. The position reports directly to Planning and Control Manager. **Responsibilities**
- Setting and management of the “standard” collection data (budget, actual and forecast), evaluating at the same time the effectiveness of processes, proposing any corrective actions to improve company processes and accuracy of data
- Process the data collected to produce specific information and reports for the Top Management of the company, collaborating with the various Business Lines Managers to evaluate deviations and identify underlying drivers;
- Assess the overall performance of the Business Line through KPIs, standard reporting and "ad hoc" analysis, highlighting areas of concern and proposing the necessary corrective measures




- Ensure the correct and timely collection and processing of data and the production of the related information flow
- Actively manage and control the accounting process of specific Business Unit during the month-end activities
- Contribute to Strategic Planning activities through analysis aimed at increasing the profitability of the Brand **Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP international accounting standards;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Good knowledge of ACG AS400 and SAP software;
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;
- Problem solving aptitude;
- Care and attention to details;
- Orientation to achieve goals and ability to work independently
- Strong moral integrity and work ethic. **Education & Work experience**
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration;
- 3-5 years experience in a similar function in modernly structured companies operating in the manufacturing sector. **Work location**: Tolentino (MC).
