- Overseeing project progression from preparation to translation tasks.
- Serving as the point person for organizing and managing our general mailbox, including: - Cleaning up notifications.
- Archiving handled communications appropriately.
- Working with financial data by updating monthly invoicing costs and tracking discrepancies.
- Offering coverage and support for projects in the region until the team assigned to the area is accessible.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or master’s degree program from an accredited institution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
- Advanced computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
