Full-time - Patta Milan **About the job**: - As the Assistant Store Manager you'll be supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.**What you'll be doing**:
- Coordinate Sales Team Efforts by identifying and address customer needs to guide the sales team effectively.
- Oversee Retail Operations.** **Manage retail activities in alignment with the Retail Manager's directives.
- Provide comprehensive advice to customers on the entire Patta collection.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service and support the retail team in fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure the store adheres to company guidelines and the Retail Manager's standards.
- Implement and maintain proper Customer Relationship Management according to company standards.




- Passionately communicate company values, history, projects and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
- Oversee the operations of the retail cash register.
- Manage retail store opening and closing procedures.**About you**:
- Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in retail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Excellent customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong team player.
