The main responsibilities include: - Supporting sales departments, with a focus on customer management, orders, shipments, and technical assistance
- Handling pre
- and post-sales issues
- Managing and updating customer data
- Participating in ongoing commercial projects
- Reporting activities related to sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
- Participating in national and international trade fairs
- In charge of transmitting accounting and administrative documents to an external accountant for review and processing **Requirements**: - Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team
