Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes. **Partner with the best** The Forecasting & Slotting manager will be responsible for defining a long-term forecast based on S&OP; Process; giving input for the Service build plan to Manufacturing; internal requisition issuing to Manufacturing for material procurement; planning of Engineering activities for material code definition; providing material slot to Regional Commercial team. As a Forecasting & Slotting Manage, you will be responsible for: - Developing a comprehensive long-term spare part forecast of all components under the assigned product line.
- Developing process that meets business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Slotting manufacturing capacity and plan engineering activities for the Customer order requiring make product.
- Being the interface between Commercials and Supply Chain to achieve the balance between Customer needs and Manufacturing workload.
- Leading the Supply Review of S&OP; cycle by defining, with Supply Chain input, the line of balance for each product and put in production the materials for the strategic stock.
- Leading regular meetings with Manufacturing team to review the heavy-duty capital parts opportunities pipeline (short-term)
and aligning lead-time and material slotting scheduling. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Statistic.
- Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines and work independently with high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate to Senior Leaders, establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships.
- Be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Have CPMI APICS certified (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) - would be seen as an asset.
- Have SixSigma Certified - would be seen as an asset.
- Be able to use Primavera P6 software/Team Center/EDM/Oracle - would be seen as an asset.
