We are recruiting a **Continuous Improvement Specialist** **Main Responsibilities**: - Analyses internal processes, flows and procedures identifying opportunities of improvements, reduction of costs and control of lead times.
- Support all the internal function and the head of plant to develop short and long-term strategies of improvement in capability, identifying and mapping potential savings opportunities.
- Measures existing standards and ensure updating of SAP data in order to pilot and monitor site capacity for all the key function and provide elements to identify potential CAPEX and OPEX projects/solution.
- Support Capex manager and Head of plant providing data and financial analysis to define project CAPEX ROI.
- Ensure supports and alignment with digitalization team.
- Strong attitude to develop KPIs (both leading and lagging indicators). **Requirements**: - Preferably master’s degree in scientific disciplines, economics, or management engineering.
- Good knowledge of finance, high level of knowledge of excel and data analysis.




- Background in Lean or Six Sigma and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and GMP are preferred.
- Good knowledge of project management principles.
- Attitude to work for objectives and to lead transversal team in complex environment.
- Strong accountability, leadership, and communication skills.
- Dynamic thinking and strong attitude to identify potential saving on the shopfloor.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. **Our offer**: - Open-ended contract.

- Salary between € 39.000 and € 46.000.
