In affiancamento ai membri del team HR, avrai l’occasione di metterti alla prova occupandoti di diverse attività legate alla gestione delle risorse umane, in particolare: - Parteciperai alle attività di ricerca e selezione del personale
- Prenderai parte a progetti di Employer Branding e Talent Acquisition
- Darai il tuo supporto nelle pratiche di carattere amministrativo (predisposizione contratti e lettere, comunicazioni obbligatorie ecc.)
- Conoscerai i principi legati alle relazioni sindacali
- Contribuirai al mantenimento dei rapporti con le agenzie esterne
- Collaborerai allo sviluppo della comunicazione interna e all’organizzazione di eventi e corsi di formazione **Qualifiche**
- Sei laureato in materie economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche
- Hai un forte interesse per i temi legati alla gestione delle risorse umane
- Possiedi un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Hai un ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
- Disponi di spiccate capacità relazionali, buoni doti organizzative e una propensione al lavoro in team **Informazioni aggiuntive
