**Remote Sales Trainer** **Location**: Fully Remote (Company based in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA) **Company Overview**:
Founded in 2013, OSR Manage is a sales organization specializing in the Managed Services IT industry. Our role is to work with IT companies, owners, and leadership teams around the country to recruit, train, and manage IT salespeople and sales teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Create and develop content for training sales representatives within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space.
- Conduct and direct training sessions via Microsoft Teams.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and take direction effectively.
- Utilize IT industry and/or IT Sales experience to enhance training effectiveness. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in IT industry and/or IT Sales.
- Ability to create engaging and educational training content.
- Proficient in directing training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and a quick learner. **Salary**: $1,500 - $1,600 USD per month **Hours**: 44 hours per week
