For our HR team in Turin, we are looking for a Payroll specialist with a strong experience in the role.
**Payroll Specialist**:
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Process timesheets and send data to the payroll firm, through Zucchetti system
Ensure timely payroll runs according to company and regulatory timelines.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing information.
Manage employees documentation (e.g., job offers, contracts, compensation letters).
Handle wage cessions and garnishments
Support employees on payroll-related and contract law questions
Update and manage administrative employees’ data
Collaborate on HR projects like compensation planning and benefits enrollment
Prepare excel reports for Management and HQ




Resolve system errors and inefficiencies
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or in a related field.
7+ years of experience as Payroll Specialist, preferably in a Labour Consultancy
Strong understanding of payroll and contract laws
Preferrable Knowledge of Zucchetti system
Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico
Strong knowledge of Excel and other analytics tools
At least B1 English level
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.
