We are currently seeking a **Test Technician **to join our dynamic team in **Castel Guelfo, Italy!
This position is in charge to define and carry out the tests to verify the performances of the complete products as well as subassembly such as printed circuit boards. Define the test set up necessary to carry out the tests, make the electrical drawings and coordinate the activities of the team that will build the test set up. Analyze the test results in a critical manner and realize the proper reports. Verify technical documentation such as electrical drawings; User and Installation manual; procedures etc. Support the regular production in case of issues occurred during the tests of the products. **What kind of work will you be doing?
- Carry out the tests on the products in accordance with the test procedure
- Identify specific tests to validate the products in accordance with the product specifications
- Definition of the scheduling of the test activities
- Review the test results
- Produce manufacturing test procedures and contribute to the user technical documentation




- Cooperate with the other engineering functions during the definition of the product specification Review and assessment of the test results
- Support the manufacturing team for the resolution of problems during the manufacturing process.Provide good teamwork behavior with the various teams to establish productive cross-functional conditions. **What will make you successful?
- Good knowledge of testing tools and laboratory instrumentation (e.g., Oscilloscope, logger, power analyzer)
- Knowledge on electrical power components
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Capability of writing technical documentation in English
- Good team working attitude and communication
- Ability to convert objectives in actions and results
