For our Global Headquarters in **Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our **Global HR Team**, supporting on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Development and Learning. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of: - Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to specific talent groups.




- Conduct research on strategic partners to support recruitment efforts and collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and KPIs to support team objectives and measure the effectiveness of various initiatives. **You are the right person if you**: - You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a **Master's degree**.
- You are comfortable in an** international environment **where English is required on a daily basis.
- You like to **work with people**, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.
- You see yourself as a "**digital native**" comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel;
