During the full time six month intership, the Intern is required to support Agile squad in the delivery of projects: - Delegate transactions in online banking
- First fund subscription in online bankingVisual impaired remediation for online and mobile banking. Intern will be involved in the following main activities:
- Information collection for claims replies, customers feedback analysis to improve user experience, Incident opening and monitoring digital KPIs
- Benchmark and customer behavior analysis
- Manage the progress of projects, writing tech documentation (ppt, excel, word)
- Manage and monitor of daily requests from different bank departments **Skills requirements**:
Fluent in English and in Italian Excellent proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are a must).
