Antech Diagnostics Italy offers a full range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, ensuring high-quality care for companion animals. Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.
We are currently looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will c arry out installations of equipment marketed by Antech, conduct regular field visits, identify technical problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Furthermore,
you will provide explanations to customers on equipment use and maintenance procedures.
**Main responsibilities**: - Manage all installation, repair, maintenance and testing activities on site and in the Workshop.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Follow all company procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the technical team and colleagues involved and share information within the organization
- Provide assistance and support to customers during field visits, understand customer needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Plan and conduct timely field visits
- Keep track of the progress of work and produce timely and detailed service reports
- Review technical operations procedures and with proposed improvement measures
- Provide explanations on the use of equipment as and when required and respond to any questions from customers. **Your profile**: - Technical qualification in IT, electronics or similar
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Very good communication skills and customer service mindset
- High level of organization and reliability
- Willingness to travel.
