The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
Are you ready to dive into the unique experience of the Winter Olympics? Join us as a **System Integration Coordinator** and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital backbone of transport operations for Milano-Cortina 2026. **Key Responsibilities**:
As a System Integration Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the integration of various systems into the Transport Management System (TMS), ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate systems such as:Accreditations platformsArrivals & Departures systemsGeoreferenced dataGIS
- Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance to the transport and digital teams, ensuring compliance with the event’s standards and timelines.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes, fostering collaboration across the team. **Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**: - Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in system integration projects within complex environments.
- In-depth knowledge of TMS platforms and the systems associated with transport operations (e.g., GIS, georeferenced data, ORN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the dynamic nature of a large-scale event.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with the technical challenges and opportunities of the Olympic environment is a plus.
