Bellafrut sas has been operating since 1967 in the brokerage of fruit and vegetable products destined for the large-scale retail trade (GDO), distributing fresh produce to customers’ points of sale across Europe.
**COMMERCIAL AND PURCHASING BACK OFFICE**:
Managing the complete cycle of purchasing and sales phases for products
Requesting and obtaining supplier offers
Negotiating and confirming prices with suppliers and clients
Sending/inserting orders to suppliers
Planning, entering, and managing weekly orders in the system
Overseeing the delivery process and handling any complaints
Obtaining and monitoring product schedules
Preparing and archiving documentation **Requirements**:
University degree or high school diploma
Previous experience in similar roles




Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of German and English
