Main activity: origination, structuring, negotiation and syndication of loans. The role will include the following range of activities: - Follow Loan syndication processes in support of senior team members (both for corporate and leveraged transactions)
- Analysis of proposed transactions (preliminary risk assessment, equity/bond comparison), liaising with several teams within the debt division (Lending, DCM, rating advisory etc.)
- Support to the coverage team (including preparation and presentation of pitches)
- Preparation of market updates
- Revision, negotiation and execution of contractual documentation **Requisiti**: - Multitasking and problem solving skills
