Aiming to strengthen our Aviation Department we are recruiting two resources that will support our Customer’s Supply Chain, Operations and Program Management processes:
**Supply Chain Employee - Engineering Operations and Program Management Support** Job locations: Torino area **Responsibilities**: - Support the RDA/RFQ definition starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers;
- Manage possible comments, exception and possible technical clarification requests received by the vendors in collaboration with the technical stakeholders;
- Support the process of PO creation;
- Monitor the invoicing process;
- Monitor actual costs vs budgets;
- Assist the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers for planning purposes;
- Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders for specific topics;
- Attend meetings and elaborate minute of meetings. **Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or High School Diploma with previous experience in a similar activity;
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); previous experience in SAP would be considered preferential;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities;
