Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a brilliant and passionate **General Accounting Specialist** to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).In this role, you will ensure the preparation of relevant accounting statements, analysis reports in accordance with national laws and regulations, auditing standards and accounting theory. Moreover,



you will be involved in our international ERP process continuous improvement and international IT rollout.Your Impact- Oversee and manage General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of tax records and company financial books.
- Record and process accruals to facilitate the monthly closing process.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations.
- Maintain and foster effective relationships with external auditors.
- Actively contribute to the management of cloud platform upgrades, including the development of analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and benchmarks.
- Provide IT support to the finance department, ensuring optimized and streamlined processes.
About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years’ experience in general accounting
- Excellent knowledge of: International Accounting Standards (OIC-IAS) and direct taxes
- Advanced used of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
- Business Acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
