We're currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team based in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for: - conducting desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
- performing quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations
- contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
- creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables
- acquiring deep knowledge of IQVIA proprietary data sources **Desired Skills & Experience**
- MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in **Economics**, **Management**, **Engineering**.
- ** At least 1 year**of consulting experience with a Management Consultancy

- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with **Excel** spreadsheets and creating presentations with **Power Point**
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in **Italian**and **English**
- Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work on a team
- Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve **Location**: Milan Permanent contract
