**Our 5-star golf resort is seeking a dedicated and organized Booking Agent to join our team.** In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our resort. **Responsibilities**: - Provide detailed information about the resort, golf course, and local attractions
- Process payments and confirm reservations
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations and guest information
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
- Work closely with the front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience **Requirements**: - Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in a property management system




- Fluency in multiple languages
- Knowledge of the golf industry is a plus **Benefits**
