We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contract manager to join our Issuing & Acquiring Digital team in Milan.
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of key third-party service providers, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
- You will play a vital role in mitigating risks associated with outsourcing and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our third-party relationships. **What you'll be doing**: - Perform the role of Digital Service Manager for the Acquiring service in Austria. Communicate service levels to business units, provide explanations for breaches, and support the identification of mitigation actions.
- Forecast service costs and conduct regular checks of invoices and budget consumption. Design and implement a robust control framework for invoices and SLAs, gather data, execute controls, and calculate and request penalties as needed.
- Conduct annual Third-Party risk and assessment and prepare quarterly and on-demand reports to risk management.
- Coordinate audit and security inspections, manage findings, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
- Request and negotiate estimations for new features/products/services implementation and potential additional running costs.Monitor ongoing projects and mandatory changes involving the outsourcer and escalate issues as necessary**What you'll need to succeed**: - 5 years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing, or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).




- Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Nice to have: - Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, CISM, CIPP)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulations
