In this role, you will be approaching existing merchants over the phone, to up-sell other products from SumUp's ecosystem. **What you'll be doing**: - Contacting merchants and identifying opportunities to leverage multiple SumUp products
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions, update prospect information and track outreach efforts in the CRM system
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Drive strategies and initiatives to maximize the revenue generated from each customer
- Collaborate on efforts to expand user engagement and adoption across SumUp's ecosystem **You'll be great for this role if you have**: - At least 6 months experience in a cold call based role
- Previous experience as an SDR a plus
- Team First approach
- Excellent communication skills
