HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities** As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities: - Using cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors, and on-premise Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) reporting modules to prepare meaningful statistics and reports, and proactively analyse them to support the efficient running of the operations
- Contributing to the Division’s digitalisation and efficiency strategy by conducting structured operational process feedback sessions with the team, and consequently elaborating concrete, actionable improvements




- Producing detailed requirements for submission to the IT department as regards the further digitalisation of our processes using SAP SuccessFactors, and following up the ensuing (minor) IT projects. **Qualifications**:
**Skills & Experience** You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience: - Formal academic qualification at least at Bachelor level, in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Required behavioural attributes are discipline, professionalism, excellent attention to detail, and absolute discretion.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage. **Additional Information**:
