Sustainability Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program development and management**: - Co-design, co-ordinate, co-implement and manage key sustainability initiatives that align with the Segment objectives.
- Co-develop project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Stakeholder management: - Listen to and collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to, finance, sourcing, engineering, operations, Lean, EHS.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, as needed. **Performance tracking and reporting**: - Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and measure the success of sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. **Risk management**: - Identify potential challenges and risks associated with the roll-out of the initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable sustainability regulations and standards. **Continuous improvement**: - Keep up to date about industry trends,



best practices and new initiatives in sustainability.
- Identify areas for improvement, trends and patterns to then define and propose continuous improvement projects for both processes and impacts. **Budget management**: - Oversee budget allocation for sustainability initiatives and track expenditures, ROI to ensure financial efficiency. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration or a related field, master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, ideally with a focus on sustainability.
- Prove track records of leading cross-functional projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a global environment. **Additional Information**:
