**Job Description Summary**: Are you passionate about HR and ready to make a significant impact? Join GE Vernova Grid Solutions and Wind in Italy as a vital part of our HR team! You'll support employee lifecycle programs, drive HR initiatives, and execute key policies and processes. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - ** Training and Compliance**: Provide essential reporting on training completion, especially annual compliance courses.
- ** Employee Relations**: Collaborate with the HR Partner to manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- ** Process Improvement**: Work closely with HR team members to identify business gaps and lead process improvement efforts.
- ** Data and Metrics**: Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, labor statistics, and more.
- ** Talent Acquisition**: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting plans.
- ** Engagement Activities**: Coordinate employee engagement activities, including recognition events,



team-building exercises, and community programs.
- ** Additional Duties**: Perform other related duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Workday. **Desired Characteristics**: - Project management experience.
