**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will learn Supply Chain management model by supporting the workforce analysis Team in industrial KPI measurement. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**In this role you will**: - ** Consolidate monthly workforce analysis at Plant level, driving variance analysis by shop**: - ** Monitor performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency**: - ** Monitor and analyze production requirements**: - ** Plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce**: - ** Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation**: - ** Analyze Hourly Direct/Indirect activities, and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs**: - **Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university**: - ** High Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**: - ** Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications**: - ** Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions**: - ** Proven analytical and organizational ability**: - ** EU Work Permit**:
