- On-Site EagleBurgmann Italia S.r.l. You support our team as OPERATION MANAGER **Responsibilities**: - Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing
- Coordinates and integrates all manufacturing activities for a production site
- Develops strategy for own area of responsibility, e.g.



long-term production planning
- Optimizes service creation processes in and between the subordinate lines
- Monitors on-time delivery KPIs
- Empowers continuous improvement of workplace and processes
- Serves as an escalation point for issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations
- Ensures HSE compliance on-site
- Budget responsibility and investment planning **Qualifications**: - Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
